Hamilton Weiss is amazing! We had an issue with our heater and they spent all afternoon and fixed three different issues to get us up and running that same day! There are extremely professional and extremely transparent and honest with their fees. I highly recommend them!

A/C kept coming and going when the weather turned hot. Maurice and his assistant came out and had it diagnosed and fixed in an hour. Couldn't ask for better service.

I reached out to Hamilton Weiss in a bit of a crunch time situation and flawlessly they provided professional thorough services. As a general contractor I was certainly impressed. It was a pleasure working with Scott, Maurice and Xander. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I don't write reviews, but this is an acception. I called Hamilton-Weiss because my AC was down. They were overbooked and couldn't get to me until a few days later. They told me if there is an open slot I will be the first one. They kept their promise as I was called back the same day I called them. Two technicians came out and looked at my AC. They showed me what's wrong with my unit as the capacitor was the culprit. It was a quick 30 mins fix and my AC is working again. I got to prop to then as their service check price is only $89 compare to RS Andrew $199 (Price gouging you during the summer heat). Hamilton-Weiss total price for part, serve and maintenance was $229. They came, fixed the problem, and tried not to oversell me anything. I would use their service again.

Called them on Monday and they had someone out the next day. They diagnosed the problem with my AC unit very quickly and were super nice. They had to get a part so they came back the next day, replaced the motor and the unit worked even better than it had before! Highly recommend them, fast, friendly and efficient.

I had a great experience with Hamilton Weiss on a commercial HVAC inspection. George Scarborough an excellent technician. He’s honest, thorough, and is really good at explaining the issues and coming up creative and cost effective options to solve HVAC problems. I recommend them for commercial work.

George and his team is super duper AMAZING. The quotes and the work I was previously informed of were incorrect. They came right over in a timely manner, did and inspection, found the actual problem and saved me MONEY. He is a blessing and they will be the only team I call on going forward. Contacted Hamilton Weiss about repairing an old R22 package unit that appeared to have a failing TXV valve. They sent George and Pete to repair the unit and what I observed was a professional by the book repair following all the EPA guidelines. The skills exhibited by the technicians was impressive and the unit was returned to nominal operating condition despite its age. A noticeable lowering of power usage followed the repair.

George and Petey arrived promptly and patiently waited for me to get home from walking my pup. They were able to find and fix the problem quickly in just a few minutes and were finished in less than an hour! Thank you guys so much!

George provided great instructions on how to set our damper settings for the Spring vs Winter seasons. George also helped us label the dampers. This effort has improved our Spring / Summer cooling output performance better than we have had in years. George made an effort to explain how to identify, detect a possible AC blower concern which will undoubtedly help us differentiate from a hallway wiring issue. We are fortunate to have our service with Hamilton Weiss !!

My AC hasn’t been working for 3+ weeks. One of my apartment complex’s maintenance guys (Chris) diligently tried to find the issue multiple times, but unfortunately it needed to be escalated. This amazing company is contracted with my complex and they are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to install a brand new unit. I called them out for a quote because another company told me my furnace need replacing. After 30 minutes George determined it was just the thermostat.
